How We Work

Made with Care.
From People Treated with Care.

At Little Drops of Water®, our faith-based mission extends beyond our products — it shapes how we work with every person in our supply chain.

🙏

Little Drops of Water® is a family-owned business. We take our responsibility seriously — not just to our customers, but to every person who helps bring our products to life. Our mission is rooted in faith, respect, and human dignity, and that extends across our entire supply chain.

Our Manufacturing

Where Our Products Are Made

Our products are manufactured across two countries, each chosen for its craftsmanship heritage and our long-standing relationships with trusted production partners.

Our plush saints, magnets, and rosaries are manufactured by specialist partners with deep expertise in soft goods and devotional items. We have maintained these relationships for years, built on mutual respect and consistent quality standards.

Plush · Magnets · Rosaries

Our premium hand-painted figurines are produced drawing on a centuries-old tradition of devotional craftsmanship. Every piece reflects the care and artistry of skilled artisans who share our commitment to quality and faith.

Figurines · Devotional Pieces

Our U.S. operations — including fulfillment, customer service, and wholesale distribution — are based in Sycamore, Illinois. Every order shipped to our customers is handled here, with care and attention to detail.

Our Standards

Our Commitment to Ethical Labor

We believe every worker deserves fair treatment, safe conditions, and the dignity that every human being is owed. That is not a legal formality for us — it is an expression of the same values that drive everything we make.

Zero tolerance for forced, prison, or child labor.

We maintain an absolute prohibition on forced labor, prison labor, child labor, and human trafficking across all of our operations and supplier relationships, without exception.

Supplier agreements with ethical labor requirements.

Every production partner we work with must commit to ethical labor practices as a condition of doing business with us. These commitments are documented in our supplier agreements.

Regular quality and compliance reviews.

We conduct ongoing reviews of our supplier relationships. Our dedicated quality control team monitors production standards and raises issues directly when they arise.

Accountability built into every contract.

Violations of our labor standards are treated as breaches of contract and grounds for immediate termination of the supplier relationship.

Compliance with the Fair Labor Standards Act.

All partners are required to operate in accordance with the Fair Labor Standards Act and applicable local labor law in their country of operation.

Why It Matters to Us

Products made with care should come from people treated with care.

"We ourselves feel that what we are doing is just a drop in the ocean. But the ocean would be less because of that missing drop."
— St. Teresa of Calcutta, the inspiration behind our name

When you bring one of our figurines, plush saints, or rosaries into your home, we want you to feel good about where it came from. Not just the craftsmanship — but the people behind it. That matters to us as a family, and we believe it matters to you too.

As a small, family-run business, we are not a large corporation with hundreds of suppliers. We know our partners. We visit our factories. We build relationships over years, not transactions. That closeness is how we keep our standards real.

🤝

Long-Term Relationships

We work with production partners we know and trust — built over years of collaboration, not one-off transactions. That accountability is personal, not just contractual.

✝️

Faith-Driven Standards

Our Catholic faith calls us to see the dignity in every person. That is not something we leave at the factory door — it shapes how we choose partners and how we hold them accountable.

🔍

Quality Is Inseparable from Ethics

A product made with compromised labor standards is not a quality product — regardless of how it looks. For us, ethical sourcing and craftsmanship are the same commitment.

📈

Continuously Improving

We are a growing business. As we scale, we are committed to strengthening our supplier oversight, improving documentation, and raising the bar on transparency.
