Processing & Same-Day Cutoff

Orders placed Monday through Friday before 2:00 PM CT are picked, packed, and shipped the same business day from our fulfillment center in Sycamore, Illinois.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM CT, or on weekends and holidays, will ship the next business day.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can also track your shipment at any time through AfterShip® on our website.

International Shipping

We ship to select international destinations. International shipping rates, customs duties, and delivery timelines vary by country and are the responsibility of the buyer.

Shipping Insurance

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. All U.S. orders of $75 or more qualify for free standard ground shipping via UPS. The discount is applied automatically at checkout.

How quickly do orders ship?

Orders placed Monday through Friday before 2:00 PM CT ship the same day. Orders placed after the cutoff or on weekends and holidays ship the next business day.

Do you offer express shipping?

Yes. UPS 2nd Day Air is available and can be selected at checkout. Shipping costs are calculated based on your location and order weight.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. Contact us with your delivery address and we will provide a shipping quote. Please note that customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

Do you ship on weekends or holidays?

Our fulfillment center operates Monday through Friday. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed and shipped the next business day.

Is my shipment insured?

Yes. All orders include basic shipping insurance at no additional cost. If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us and we will resolve the issue.

What if my order arrives damaged?
