Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. Items returned after 30 days are not eligible for a refund or replacement.

What Can Be Returned

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused and in original, unopened packaging
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
  • Returned within 30 days of delivery

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Gift cards
  • Discounted or sale items

How Refunds Work

Once we receive your return and complete our inspection, we will notify you by email with the status of your refund.

If your return is approved, the refund will be applied to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.

If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank first. If the issue persists, contact us at care@littledropsofwater.com and we will investigate.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, we will send a replacement at no cost to you, including free return shipping. To initiate a claim, follow these steps:

Email care@littledropsofwater.com with your order number and photos of the damaged or defective item.

Receive Your Prepaid Label
We will review your photos and respond within one business day with a prepaid return shipping label.

Ship the Item
Pack the item securely and send it to our fulfillment center. We will ship your replacement as soon as the return is received.

Gift Returns

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to the recipient, we will issue a store credit to the recipient upon receiving and approving the return.

If the item was not marked as a gift, or was shipped to the original purchaser before being gifted, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser's payment method.

Return Shipping

Who covers the cost of return shipping depends on the reason for the return:

Wrong item shipped We cover it (prepaid label provided)
Change of mind / no longer needed Customer responsibility (non-refundable)
Order originally qualified for free shipping Original shipping cost may be deducted from refund

For returns valued over $75, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of items sent without tracking.
